Carbon and air footprint

Measuring our carbon and air footprint with the help of an external specialist firm confirmed the dominance of the production of raw materials, particularly with regard to our CO2 emissions, and found that the emissions linked to our direct operations and transport represented 12%.

As we are committed to preserving air quality in all our activities as part of our VoltAIRe plan, and because the concept of setting an example is fundamental to our brand, we are also engaged in reducing our transport-related emissions, as well as emissions in our stores.

Our 2025 Climate and Air Quality targets:

 

  • reducing our CO2 emissions to ensure we are in line with the Paris Agreement,
  • 100% clean air in our stores in all locations,
  • 100% of store openings and renovations in line with Zadig&Voltaire’s sustainable store standards.

 

Following our diagnostic measurement, we are finalising our roadmap and targets in order to put us on a trajectory that will limit global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels and to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions in line with the Paris Agreement.
